Established in 2024 as Sai Prasad Industries Private Limited, our organization brings with it over 20 years of experience in the plastic injection moulding industry. Our journey began in 2007 under the name Sai Prasad Industries, followed by the establishment of Vaibhavi Polymers in 2014. Over the years, we have grown steadily by focusing on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of plastic diagnostic products for the diagnostic and healthcare industries. Our operations are supported by a fully equipped in-house tool room, where we design and develop moulds using advanced CNC and VMC machines. Our in-house Research and Development (R&D) team works continuously to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
Our manufacturing unit has the capacity to produce up to 45 tons of plastic products per month. This is achieved using 12 injection moulding machines and 2 IBM (Injection Blow Moulding) machines, ranging from 60 to 160 tons. To ensure uninterrupted production, we have a diesel generator facility that allows the plant to run smoothly even during power failures.
